14 New Kitchen Worktops
TopShape – the ultimate square edged kitchen worktop company have just completed the most significant and ambitious décor makeover in their history. We have added 14 new decors to its worktop range bringing the total available to 28. These span a choice of textures from matt through to woodgrain, stone and pearl. When it comes to sourcing the new range of décors – ‘we travelled the world so you don’t have too’.
Over the course of the last 3 years, our staff have trawled the world to seek out new decors, textures and aesthetics to find the newest laminate kitchen worktops to keep up with the changing tastes of consumers. Following the selection of décors, they were then grouped into different groups to best reflect the colours, textures and styles – Urban Stone, Wood, Italian Marble and Quartz & Terrazzo. You will be able to find the worktop to best suit your tastes.
New Ranges of Kitchen Worktops
The Urban Stone range gives an industrial fell to your kitchen and the different texture, colours and patterns available allow you to create a contrasting look with your worktop. The Wood range offers the choice of light to dark grain with a selection of grooved or smooth textures that can be paired with brightly coloured cabinets to show off your personality. The Italian Marble range is a timeless classic and they perfectly imitate a real marble finish and the variation of veins in the laminate allow each worktop to stand out on its own. The Quartz & Terrazzo range brings a sophisticated and elegant look to the kitchen and each one has its own individual style that can make your kitchen worktop stand out.
These are the main category of decors. We have added some specific decors that are worthy of extra mention. Our Black Marble is very unique. It picks up on the trend for a statement piece and will look stunning on any island unit – why not let us make the island worktops for you? We had several concrete decors before but our new Concrete is especially exciting as there are many colour tones in the presentation. Whether your doors are any of the new sumptuous dark tones this décor will compliment them all.
Finally I’d highlight Milan Marble. When we first saw this décor it has the look and feel of a 500 year old marble removed from an agent villa in Milan. It feels like it has huge wear on the surface that brings in the heritage of the décor alive. It is printed with new tones of grey and blue with hues of gold. Our biggest selling old décor is Carrera Stone – basically black and white. Milan marble is a huge décor of the future and makes Carrera stone look boring.
Lastly, was an overhaul and redesign of our point of sale and website to reflect the changes in the way we present the ranges to customers. The website had become dated and was nearly 10 years old so by working with an exceptional developer, we began researching what was important to the end users. The key finding was how quickly and easily could specific décors or textures could be found. We added a search directory that allows users to search and filter in a variety of ways while also integrating an interactive product matrix listing the sizes and accessories for each décor. Initial feedback has been extremely positive and we are looking to replicate these changes in other markets.
You can’t beat seeing the décor and feeling the texture in your hand so get in touch with your sales rep to get your hands on these new worktops and get them into your kitchen.
